Deposits and Cancellations
All first visits to the Clinic or to see Dr McKeating are subject to a £35 deposit to secure the appointment. The cost of this deposit will then be deducted from any treatment which the client has, or can be refunded to the client in full on the day of the appointment should the client decide not to proceed with treatment. The deposit will also be refunded if an appointment is cancelled giving more than 24 hours notice. Should a client fail to attend for their appointment, or cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be retained by RejuvaMed Skin Clinic as a cancellation fee to cover incurred costs. If this happens on more than one occasion the Client will be required to pre-pay the balance of their scheduled treatment in full. All deposits are non-transferable.
We reserve the right to charge the full price of treatments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Appointment slots are booked with an appropriate duration for the service and treatment required meaning late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible and result in some treatments being postponed to another date. If a client is more than 15 minutes late it may be necessary for us to treat the appointment as cancelled. We may request pre-payment for services and treatments if a client is late on more than one occasion.
We reserve the right to charge the full price of treatments and appointments that are missed due to client lateness.
