Appointments with Dr Grant

All consultations with Dr Grant are subject to a fee of £50, and the deposit payment made at the point of booking the appointment will be used to cover this fee.

This £50 fee may be carried forward to part pay for any treatment or products offered by the clinic over the value of £100 within 3 months of the consultation date, but is non-refundable.

For treatment bookings costing £500 or less, a non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required. For treatments costing more than £500, a variable deposit of £100 – £250 will be required.

If a patient changes their mind about proceeding with treatment, the deposit will be held on account for future use if more than 7 days’ notice is given of cancellation. Appointments may be rescheduled without loss of deposit (deposit will be held on account for future use) if more than 72 hours’ notice of the scheduled appointment is given. Cancellation (or ‘no show’) within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of deposit.

We reserve the right to ask patients to prepay for their treatments and to charge 50% of the full price for treatments that are cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments with Nurse Helen

All appointments with Nurse Helen require a deposit payment of £50. This £50 deposit will be used to part pay for treatment or product purchase.

For treatments costing more than £500, a variable deposit of £100 – £250 will be required.

If a patient changes their mind about proceeding with treatment, the deposit will be held on account for future use if more than 7 days’ notice is given of cancellation. Appointments may be rescheduled without loss of deposit (deposit will be held on account for future use) if more than 72 hours’ notice of the scheduled appointment is given. Appointments with Aestheticians

Consultations with aestheticians are free of charge, however a deposit of £50 is required at the point of booking.

If a patient attends for consultation and decides not to proceed with a treatment booking or product purchase the £50 deposit will be refunded.

If a patient decides to proceed with a treatment after consultation, the £50 deposit will be carried forward and used as part-payment for the treatment. The £50 deposit can also be used as part-payment for a skincare products.

Appointments with Dr Helen

A £50 deposit is required when booking a consultation. This will be used as part-payment for the consultation. If an additional treatment appointment is planned to follow, a deposit of £50, or at least 15% of the cost of treatment (whichever is greater), will be required.

Consultations with Mr Patel are subject to a fee of £150, and the £50 deposit payment made at the time of booking the appointment will be used as part payment of this fee. This £50 deposit is non-refundable.

Surgical procedures with Mr Patel are subject to a deposit of £350. If a patient changes their mind about proceeding with treatment, the deposit will be held on account for future use if more than 7 days’ notice is given of cancellation. Appointments may be rescheduled without loss of deposit (deposit will be held on account for future use) if more than 72 hours’ notice of the scheduled appointment is given. Cancellation (or ‘no show’) within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of deposit.

Appointments with Mr Vittorio Perricone

Consultations with Mr Perricone are subject to a fee of £195, which includes a duplex ultrasound scan. The £50 non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking the appointment will be used as part payment of this fee or alternatively can be used as part of a larger deposit required for a surgical procedure at a later date.

Surgical procedures with Mr Perricone require a deposit ranging from £50 – £350 dependant on the overall cost of the treatment. If a patient changes their mind about proceeding with treatment, the deposit will be held on account for future use if more than 7 days’ notice is given of cancellation. Appointments may be rescheduled without loss of deposit (deposit will be held on account for future use) if more than 72 hours’ notice of the scheduled appointment is given.
