Deposits and Cancellations

All visits to the clinic are subject to a £50 deposit to secure the appointment booking, and appointments cannot be made without a deposit payment.


Appointments with Dr Grant

All consultations (video or in clinic) with Dr Grant are subject to a fee of £50, and the deposit payment made at the point of booking the appointment will be used to cover this fee.

This £50 fee may be carried forward to part pay for any treatment or product offered by the clinic within 3 months of the consultation date, but is non-refundable.

For treatments costing more than £500, a 10% deposit will be required.

48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment or the deposit will be retained. A “no show” will also result in retention of the deposit. A deposit will be refunded on request should an appointment be cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice.

We reserve the right to ask patients to prepay for their treatments and to charge the full price for treatments that are cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.


Appointments with Aestheticians

Consultations with aestheticians are free of charge, however a deposit of £50 is required at the point of booking.

If a patient attends for consultation and decides not to proceed with a treatment booking or product purchase the £50 deposit will be refunded.

If a patient decides to proceed with a treatment following a consultation the £50 deposit will be carried forward and used as part-payment of the treatment. The £50 deposit can also be used as part-payment of a skincare product purchase.

Appointments with Dr Helen

The £50 deposit will be used as full or part-payment for the consultation. BHRT introductory consultations are priced at £75. Consultations for vaginal laser treatment are priced at £50. If an additional appointment is planned to follow, a deposit of £50, or 10% of the cost of treatment (whichever is greater), will be required.

Lateness

Appointment slots are booked with an appropriate duration for the service and treatment required meaning late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible and result in some treatments being postponed to another date. If a client is more than 15 minutes late it may be necessary for us to treat the appointment as cancelled. We may request pre-payment for services and treatments if a client is late on more than one occasion.

We reserve the right to charge the full price of treatments and appointments that are missed due to client lateness.
